In the following commits I improved some class loading related issues in
{{PlatformHelper}}:

Finally I removed {{PlatformHelper}} calls from {{CamelNamespaceHandler}} in
order to avoid possible regressions in camel-spring (OSGi detection in this
module is not covered by the unit tests) - commit
667443aee325b406e57b16d4c70d1971fb001294 . For now we will use
{{PlatformHelper}} only in components that should adjust their behavior to the
OSGi environment (like camel-bean-validator).
