Since the commit of 26/11/11 named "CAMEL-4161: camel-mail no longer dep on
Spring JARs.", there is no more "defaultEncoding" option in the camel-mail
component unlike it is said by the documentation.
PS : For my knowledge, is there a way to contribute directly to the
documentation (pull-request, patch, etc) ? I did'nt find any.
