To allow more insight of runtime behavior of routes in Camel.
We have statics information about the routes from their model. But the runtime
charactistica of routing messages throught dynamic EIPs such as recipient list
is not captured.
We should introduce a runtime registry to capture such details. We can start
with mapping which routes are using which endpoints.
And expose that over JMX, which allows better insight.
