[~njiang] can you point in the source code where we set the TCCL? It may be
worthwhile to make spring-dm and blueprint similar in this regards. Though
classloading change is non-trivial, and if we do a change then lets only do it
on master.
camql-sql should still IMHO have dynamic import so it can load any JDBC driver
the user provides.
