Description: {{DefaultClientPipelineFactory}} respects the
{{requestTimeout}} option, but {{HttpClientPipelineFactory}} doesn't. We should
add {{requestTimeout}} resolution logic (and {{ReadTimeoutHandler}}) to the
HTTP pipeline creation process.
