Fix For: 2.13.2
Using camel-solr and interacting with a solr server will throw various errors
now that it's been updated to use the 4.x line of libraries due to missing the
org.noggit classes. The solrj bundle has an optional import for noggit which
needs to be satisfied. Right now noggit isn't a bundle but SMX4-1755 will be
resolving that.
