Aki Yoshida commented on CAMEL-7246:
------------------------------------
Hi Sergey,
I am confused with your reply. You want to have this removal in SimpleBinding
at cxf2camel or camel2cxf? I thought you were suggesting for the use of camel's
removeHeader.
I have seen a similar problem with the default binding for other headers, when
they are tunneled and passed to the other endpoint (e.g., Content-Encoding
interfering with the gzip handling). For the content-length, I thought (or
expected) that CXF would be removing it (or updating it if used) when it was
passed externally. And I am wondering if CXF should be always automatically
updating or correcting those content headers instead of using those externally
passed directly.
regards, aki
