Here is the patch for my solution:
I've added a contentTransferEncodingResolver parameter that can be added to the
uri, for example:
smtp://[email protected]&contentTransferEncodingResolver=<className>.
It's a bit different to the contentType resolver, but I think it's much easier
to configure it via uri parameter.
