Fix For: 2.14.0
For example people may want to limit logging any message body if possible, by
setting that option to -1.
Though if for some reason the type converter cannot do, it creates an exception
with the message body value.
We should support using the CamelLogDebugBodyMaxChars as we do when logging
Exchange Message etc.
