Yeah, I saw in their forums that it can sometimes take as much as a couple of
months or more to get approval, so I didn't even bother applying for one as an
individual developer. Maybe a corporate account will get priority in their
approval queue. The APIs and integration tests (@Ignored) are in place for
anyone with a vetted account to test.
