And in the longer run, we may wanna introduce a binding you can reference, and
allow to configure more binding settings outside the rest dsl / route dsl.
Would be nice to let users point to xsd/wadl / sample data and let Camel figure
out the binding / contracts for you. And allow some way of telling Camel to
introspect the data on 1st message and use that as base-line for subsequent
incoming data, so you can kinda auto configure the bindings just by sending
data into Camel - in a lazy/loosly way.
