Support for createSharedDurableConsumer should be implemented according to the
JMS 2.0 specification to allow load balancing for e.g. durable topic
subscribers.
Although Virtual Topics are preferred, there are situations where this is not
feasible to use, e.g. when we need to connected to a topic which is part of a
product, or for some other reason is not in our control.
