As ServerPipelineFactory & ClientPipelineFactory classes are now named as
ServerInitializerFactory & ClientInitializerFactory, I thought that it will
make sense to call the matching netty4 component parameter names as
serverInitializerFactory & clientInitializerFactory (and also to fix the
relevant documentations)
