By default, Camel-CXF depends on Camel-Spring, which prevents a ServiceMix
installation using only Blueprint bundles from uninstalling Camel-Spring
altogether.
Here is a patch that makes Spring optional in Camel CXF dependencies, both in
OSGi imports and within the Karaf feature.
