Fix For: 2.15.0
Current ConsumerCache just cache the PollingConsumer in the map, it may cause
some trouble if the PollingConsumer is not thread safe.
Using the ServicePool to cache the PollingConsumer could help us with that.
To workaround this issue, we cannot call the ConsumerTemplate in multithread
mode.
