Fix For: 2.15.0
JAXB 2.2.7 has 2 additional JARS which was not needed such as the fastinfoset
and whatnot.
We should upgrade to 2.2.11 which now is also osgi bundles out of the box. So
we should upgrade in the karaf features xml file also.
