We should improve the inflight repo, to allow to browse the exchanges, so end
users can "see" where the exchange "are".
Today we only offers a counter of the number of inflight per context / routes.
But we are able to provide more details about each exchange, such as where they
currently are being processed.
We should also introduce a mbean so people can use that from tooling to browse.
And as well from karaf commands etc.
