Done editing the Wiki. Please double-check.
What I'm kind of unsure is that for camel-netty4 you have to specify decoder
and encoder (factory) separately, while for camel-mina2 you can do it with a
single codec.
I noticed that there is a ByteToMessageCodec in Netty, but camel-netty4 does
not expose an (URI) parameter to take advantage of this.
