Fix For: 2.15.0
Support for jetty 8 will soon end and karaf 4 will only support jetty 9.
On the other hand a lot of people are still using jetty 8.
So we need to make camel compatible to jetty 8 and jetty 9.
On the list we agreed to create separate modules
camel-jetty8
camel-jetty9
and camel-jetty-common
This is necessary as jetty 9 is incompatible to jetty 8 in some APIs.
