The DLC is intended to always handle any new exceptions etc, so a message not
become poision and caused endless failures.
You can use onException with handle(true) to route to the DLQ queue/bean, and
if that fails with a new exception, then Camel propagates the new exception,
which causes the transaction to rollback.
