The attached patch will add a documentType attribute to the XML 
(blueprint/spring) DSL. The unit tests are in camel-saxon (these are the only 
tests I found that use XPath in XML DSL (having them in camel-core is not 
possible because that would create a cyclic dependency between camel-core and 
camel-spring).
