BoxTypeConverter - documentation is ambiguous as to whether the folderId can be
specified with a property or a header. The attached patch changes it so that it
can be set on a header and adds a second conversion from byte[] so that
camel-box endpoints can sit on the end of a message queue or other non-file
like route.
A dependence on the CamelFileName header is introduced.
