As aggregation strategy is mandatory, its better to enforce that this option is
always configured, instead of having a special groupExchanges that does this
magically.
Instead ppl should just configure the strategy as usual but can use
GroupedExchangeAggregationStrategy if they want to group. Then the
configuration is more consistent.
