CamelSWFWorkflowClient.getDynamicWorkflowClient 

DynamicWorkflowClientExternalImpl(workflowExecution, null, 
endpoint.getStartWorkflowOptions(), null, genericClient);

should be 

DynamicWorkflowClientExternalImpl(workflowExecution, null, 
endpoint.getStartWorkflowOptions(), configuration.getDataConverter(), 
genericClient);

?
