Fix Version/s: 2.14.2
Added support for camel case header names in API Component Framework. The
framework defaults to '.' separated property names in generated test code and
at runtime, but also looks for camel case property names.
Also modified Box component to support camel case names for folderId and
fileName.
Changes pushed to master and 2.14.x branches.
