Returning quick won't cut it. If the file is too young we need to wait for it 
to mature, not skip it. Also, super wouldn't really add anything but delay to 
the process when the file is old enough.

I'll refactor this into separate strategy, and then we'll see.

The problem about the FTP readLock unit tests remains, though. Do the tests 
work on your setup?
