Fix For: 2.16.0
When using the DLC you may want to prepare the exchange before its sent to the
dead letter uri. Today you would need to create a new route, and use direct to
link the routes.
We should make it easier to plugin a custom processor / bean to do the prepare
logic.
Some EIPs has a onPrepare option.
