Would there be a way to trigger this when you stop a bundle in Karaf that has
routes managed via blueprint?
Along with a kill option it might be nice to have a feature to specify the wait
period on a stop. That way you could allow for at least a partial graceful
shutdown if you have multiple routes as part of a bundle or context.
