The current camel-twitter component only supports geography searches using the
streaming API which only returns results that have latitude and longitude
values.
The standard search also supports geolocation queries and can return results
that do not have latitude and longitude metadata but are geocoded by twitter
and determined to be within a geolocation.
It would be ideal if this API was also exposed.
Patch and pull request to be provided shortly.
