Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-6664.

Resolution: Won't Fix
This is a bit tough as you would need to figure out what the right and left
hand side are and whether we can support that with simple.
body().isEqualTo("foo") is possible. But with java code you can build custom
predicate and whatnot that are not so easy to map to simple language.
