Note: this whole new component is a complete ripoff of the existing
camel-jackson project. I renamed packages to avoid clashes.
I made all tests pass by changing the JSON payloads to XML, and that was it.
I selected to make this project separate so that camel-jackson doesn't pull in
XML dependencies.
At this point, I have reviewed all contribution points and have made the build
pass locally. Please review, hopefully this helps!
