To solve this issue you needs to change pom.xml file in camel-parent and
replace line 526:
<taglist-maven-plugin-version>2.10</taglist-maven-plugin-version>
with the following line:
<taglist-maven-plugin-version>2.4</taglist-maven-plugin-version>
