Argh f*** camel-cxf uses stuff in camel-cxf-transport just to make things worse.
This module really needs to be split into
- camel-cxf-common
- camel-cxf-ws
- camel-cxf-rs
- camel-cxf-transports (and maybe deprecated this)
And then do not have any split-packages to make osgi a hell.
