Would be nice to be able to document ResponseHeader for the output values of a
request. Currently you can only document incoming values using param() values,
and the responseMessage is currently limited in what it takes for values.
RestOperationResponseMsgDefinition seems like the appropriate spot for this if
it were to be added.
