Actually my test was invalid. For some reason when I copied the camel-ahc-ws
component into the deploy folder it didn't install. Although the log said it
did. When I do a feature:list it still shows 2.16 instead of 2.16.3-SNAPSHOT.
I tried uninstalling the 2.16 version but that didn't work. What's the
preferred way to install a particular dependency?
