Summary: when cxf producer use MESSAGE DataFormat, it shouldn't
also configure as messageType=text

As MESSAGE datafFormat means send the underlying stream as is, but
messageType=text won't send the message as stream, should throw an exception
to make this incorrect configuration more visible.
