Similar to CAMEL-10065, support for batching and parallel processing in
producer, it would be nice to have the parallel consumption of messages in
consumer.
Polling in consumer, fetches messages in batches, and camel-kafka component
forces it to consume messages one at a time. Bunching up the messages in a
list, and sending them in batch to the processor would let camel listeners
scale up by adding parallel consumption.
