Fix For: 2.18.0
We should create an interface at org.apache.camel.FluentProducerTemplate and
have a DefaultFluentProducerTemplate implementation.
We should then allow to create a new FluentProducerTemplate from CamelContext
API as well (like for producer template)
And also allow to inject FluentProducerTemplate using @EndpointInject and
@Produces in the DefaultCamelBeanPostProcessor
