according to
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/B12037_01/server.101/b12023/oracle/jms/AQjmsException.html
it extends javax.jms.JMSException.
I checked this using idea and I see the same extension as mentioned in javadoc.
So it extends javax.jms.JMSException
