Right now the olingo2 component uses olingo-odata2-core as a test dependency.
This should really be declared as a runtime scoped dependency because there are
classes within olingo-data2-api that attempt to load things from
olingo-odata2-core at runtime.
For an example see method getInstance() in class:
org.apache.olingo.odata2.api.rt.RuntimeDelegate
