thinking a little bit more about this issue, it may be better to allow people
to prefix the property like:
{{fabric8:map:myMap/mykey}}
So then we lookup the PropertyEvaluator with id 'fabric8' and use it to resolve
the property with the advantage that this matches the common idiom to prefix
the placeholder with the function to resolve it.
