Alex Dettinger commented on CAMEL-10236:
----------------------------------------

I've reproduced the issue with camel-core/2.18.0-SNAPSHOT.
Since [this
commit|https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/1204/commits/35319119a486b1acbc12a0a96a4ca2aa4f3e41ed]
 from this [pull request|https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/1204], the issue
is fixed on camel-core/2.19.0-SNAPSHOT.
Moreover, committed tests are covering the case from this ticket.

So, at the end of the day, this issue is a duplicate of
[CAMEL-10376|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-10376] and could be
closed.

> }
> from("direct:foo")
> .transform().method(new MyTransformer(), "convert")
> .log("${body}");
