I tried to launch the camel-validation-plugin on the 2.18.0 version. The global
build is failing due to several reasons, I don't really have time to dig into
it but I then launched on the camel-consul module and on the tests modules and
it is not detecting [CAMEL-10365], neither [CAMEL-10364]
