[~zregvart] as you are very good into camel-salesforce, I wonder if you want to
help upgrade it to Jetty 9.3. Its the last standing before we can do a full
upgrade on Apache Camel. There is a branch with some other changes on that
branch: https://github.com/apache/camel/tree/jetty93
