Just like with CXF-7183, we need analogous relation at NamespaceHandler level -
just like a relation between XSDs.
camel-cxf and camel-cxf-transport related NamespaceHandlers load XSD schemas
that import CXF schemas - the namespace handlers themselves have to do it as
well.
