Almost there the spring boot starter of camel-groovy fails due camel-groovy is
skipped in Java 9 I think.
As the groovy dsl is being deprecated we may want to separate them so
camel-groovy is just groovy and camel-groovy-dsl is the deprecated dsl that
requires the groovy compiler.
