Summary: Camel Salesforce : add an option to retrieve login
information for testing purpose from env var or system properties

Environment: As today the camel-salesforce component requires a file
containing login credential to be placed in the source tree to have the test
running but it would be nice to have additional strategies like:
- use env vars
- use system properties
The test profile should then have multiple activation condition.
