The RestProducer ignores endpoint properties {{consumes}} that corresponds to
HTTP {{Accept}} header and {{produces}} that corresponds to HTTP
{{Content-Type}} header.
These should be set according to the endpoint properties making sure that any
header values on the incoming message being processed are not overwritten.
