I think this Option:
camelContext.getGlobalOptions.put("MessageHistoryHeader", ...);
camelContext.getGlobalOptions.put("MessageHistoryOutput", ...);
is what I need. Why it could be slow, I cannot say.
I only need to expand the second Col.
