I've left hibernate validator on camel-kubernetes-starter and
camel-swagger-java-starter only.
These two modules import validation-api in compile scope, so an implementation
is required in order for spring-boot to start.
The other modules use the validation-api lib for testing purposes. So I've just
included the hibernate validator in the integration tests.
